Members unable to attend a meeting must notify the Lunch Secretary by 2pm on the Sunday before the meeting.
Members who pay by standing order who give a timely apology will receive a refund of the lunch fee element at around the end of May.
If you find that you will be unable to attend after the deadline, please still notify the Lunch Secretary so that place settings can be removed on the day to avoid gaps around the table.
